Icon Checker backend

This deployment serves the AMBOSS Icon Checker Figma plugin. It holds the Jira and GitHub credentials so the plugin doesn't have to, and exposes /api/publish, /api/health, and /api/version.

The plugin itself isn't here — it's imported into Figma from a clone of the repo. See the repo's README under Distribution.
